I was born in Vasto (Abruzzo region, Italy) in 1979 and I currently live in the Veneto region, where I work as a researcher at the University of Padua.
My passion for landscape photography began during my twenties and slowly became my companion through my search for supreme beauty in Nature.
Using my camera and imagination I also aim to rediscover things that nowadays seem to be lost: grace, delicacy, silence, fragility, quiet.
I strongly believe that, in nature photography, taking a nice picture should always be subordinate to being immersed in the majesty of Nature. What really matters is living that very moment, bringing back home a good shot to show our friends is just a consequence.
My photographs have been exhibited in Perugia, Galway, Reggio Emilia, Padua, Venice and published in the Ropes magazine (edited by the National University of Ireland Galway).
I am a member of AFNI (Associazione Fotografi Naturalisti Italiani).
